I’m a Partner at Lightspeed, a global venture capital firm with more than $25B AUM. On behalf of Lightspeed, I’ve led investments in companies at the intersection of AI, consumer, and media, such as Pika, Suno, Tome, Granola, Particle, and more.

Before Lightspeed, I co-founded and served as CEO of Anchor, which is the world’s largest podcasting platform, and is now known as Spotify for Podcasters. Anchor was acquired by Spotify in 2019, where I went on to serve as the Head of Talk, leading the podcast and video businesses.

Prior to founding Anchor, I served as VP of Product for Aviary, growing the photo editing platform’s audience to over 100 million creators before being acquired by Adobe in 2014.
